Daisy has a unique way to push you beyond your limits with out you even noticing. I am someone who focuses on gaining mass, however Coach Daisy makes a workout with light weight push you to the limits. I started training with Daisy in August of 2018. I saw this girl at the gym and the moment I met her I knew we were going to be friends. I loved how hard she worked at it and how focused she was, it was then I knew I wanted to train not only at the gym, but also in other curricular activities. I needed something new in my life, so then Miss Daisy and I started Rock Climbing. This was exactly what I needed to get me going. I have worked out pretty much my whole life. There isn’t enough space on the internet to tell everyone how much Daisy has been a tremendous asset in my fitness path. Since I joined the Marine Corps 7 years ago, I had it on my bucket list to do a bodybuilding show. I thought I wouldn’t need a coach and could just do it myself, but working with Daisy showed me that it takes more than just working out and eating to get the job done. It takes accountability, it takes heart, it takes drive and a passionate person to guide a person to be prep ready. Around early November 2018, I decided to work with Daisy on my first figure competition. It was not easy. The workouts were challenging, nutrition was strict (I was not always the best at sticking to it) but the results were amazing to see. She stuck with me when I didn’t feel like I could do it anymore but I got through it thanks to her. When I started working with her, I weighed about 133 lbs. By the show came around (9 March 2019) I was down to 119 lbs but stronger than I ever was. Two months post show, I may not look as shredded as I was for the show but I’m even more stronger. My endurance has gone up and my strength has gone up (Squat PR: 230, Bench PR: 130, Deadlift PR: 260 at 132 body weight). She’s a tough, amazing, beastly woman who is filled with knowledge and most importantly heart. I’ll be working with her again for my next show. Highly recommend for anyone looking to better themselves!

I’m a 61-year-old male and have known Daisy Mollica since 2016. I’m a coach-trained road cyclist and recently hired Daisy to design and help me adopt two weekly full-body routines to compliment and improve strength and endurance on the bike.

 

My cycling coach, and a holistic bike-fitter have consistently reinforced strength training to build muscle mass, maintain bone density, and improve joint health. I have been working with daisy for a while now on and off and no matter what my goals are she is always willing to go out of her way to make it happen for me. With the career that I am going into, she has gotten creative on ways that I can practice and train for different physical abilities tests. She never ceases to amaze me and always comes up with some way that we can mimic “fire-ground” like activities. She has sacrificed her own body and let me drag her around like a mannequin.
